Founder and CEO

With over a decade in facility management experience, Shimon is constantly seeking new and innovative ways for YMS to better serve its clients. Aside from his role as CEO of The Yashar Group, Shimon is active in youth development and leadership. He currently resides in Clifton, NJ with his wife Talia and 5 children.

After enjoying a successful career launch in the field of hands-on property management, Shlomo has become an integral part of the YMS leadership team. Shlomo is responsible for the daily operations and staff leadership. To our clients it is well known that Shlomo operates with relentless dedication to their success.
