We primarily serve yeshivos, schools, and shuls in North & Central Jersey & Rockland County
Yes. While only our managed facilities benefit from deeply-discounted field service rates, YMS still offers competitive pricing and top notch service for non-managed facilities.
For our managed facilities, we charge a monthly management fee for our back-end management team. In most cases, all other services such as cleaning, repairs and improvements are billed at an hourly rate for labor. Materials are billed at cost.
We utilize a sophisticated time-tracked app where our employees are required to clock in and out. The time clock also identifies their exact location throughout their shift, guaranteeing you full transparency when it comes to your bill.
Yes. Background checks are performed by a 3rd party for all YMS employees.
Yes. YMS can provide additional trained staffing as needed for special programs and events.
Yes. As part of our management agreement, YMS will provide and maintain all tools and equipment necessary to keep your facility in tip-top shape. You never have to worry about expensive equipment breaking down or requiring maintenance.
YMS does not currently offer security services but we will certainly work with your security team or contractor to create a synergized operational environment.

CASE STUDY #1: CHUNK OF TIME RECLAIMED
TYH Realty Management
TYH Realty outsources most of their maintenance. Previous maintenance companies couldn’t handle the volume of jobs TYH sent them. They also needed TYH to attend initial site visits, which consumed valuable time and attention, defeating the purpose of outsourcing.

YBH of Passaic
The school needed to upgrade their facility with renovation and construction. Traditional quotes didn’t fall within their budget.
Yashar doesn’t offer construction, but since they were already on-site managing YBH’s maintenance, it was feasible to take it on. Leveraging their established contracts with suppliers, engineers and builders, Yashar not only achieved the necessary upgrades, but also a significant 25% cost saving for both labor and materials.
The building was brought up to par and the unexpected ‘change’ could be earmarked for the institutions’ more concrete needs.

Adas Israel (Shul)
The shul was mostly run by volunteers who work hard at their day jobs and graciously give from their very limited spare time to help the shul. Things started falling apart. Also, there was a lot of drama. If the cleaner would forget to show up to an event, they’d start with stories – also a hurdle to deal with. When a problem arose, it was ‘Oh, I’ll try fix it’ or ‘Let me call my plumber’. The hardest part was the time it took to deal with these issues.
